A key aim of the service provided in our projects is to conserve resources as much as possible. Handling materials several times, extensive sampling cycles with complex analysis procedures and durations, depending on disposal/recycling options, and sometimes very long distances to the next waste management facility generally also mean higher waste disposal prices.

Here, STRABAG Umwelttechnik GmbH makes use of the synergies between the materials accumulating during the remediation of contaminated sites and the materials urgently needed for landfill construction.

The main aim is to use the majority of the contaminated materials as substitute landfill construction material as part of re-utilization measures. This is one way of saving valuable resources, while at the same time our material flow specialists can respond to your individual conditions and create customized waste management concepts for you.
